Unser Pealed Roasted Barley MD Malz wird in unserer R\u00f6sttrommel bei hoher Temperatur ger\u00f6stet. Sobald es die gew\u00fcnschte Farbe erreicht hat, wird es schnell abgek\u00fchlt. Dieses spezielle Malz verleiht braunen Bieren einen rauchigen\/ger\u00f6steten Geschmack und eine dunkle F\u00e4rbung.<\/p>\n

Die Verwendung von gesch\u00e4lter Gerste als Ausgangsmaterial tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, den adstringierenden Geschmack, der h\u00e4ufig mit ger\u00f6steter Spreu verbunden ist, zu beseitigen.<\/p>\n
