Das Mroost Weizenmalz 30 MD wird durch einen allm\u00e4hlichen und sorgf\u00e4ltigen R\u00f6stprozess in unserer R\u00f6sttrommel hergestellt. Sobald es die gew\u00fcnschte Farbe erreicht hat, wird das Malz sofort gek\u00fchlt.<\/p>\n

Zus\u00e4tzlich zu seinen klassischen Weizeneigenschaften verleiht das Mroost Weizenmalz 30 MD Aromen, die an Haselnuss und ger\u00f6stete Mandeln erinnern und zu einem reichhaltigeren Bierprofil beitragen. Diesem Malz fehlt es an Enzymen, so dass es mit einem Malz kombiniert werden muss, das ein hohes diastatisches Potenzial aufweist.<\/p>\n

Dieses besondere R\u00f6stmalz eignet sich f\u00fcr einen Anteil von bis zu 20 % der Getreidemischung.<\/p>\n
