Viele belgische Brauereien bevorzugen das Cara 120 MD Malz f\u00fcr die Herstellung ihrer Abteibiere.<\/p>\n

Karamellisierte Malze wie das Cara 120 MD sind daf\u00fcr bekannt, die Schaumstabilit\u00e4t zu verbessern, und zwar selbst dann, wenn nur 5 % in der Getreidemischung enthalten sind.<\/p>\n
