Our Amber – Aromatic\u00ae MD malt undergoes a vigorous germination process, followed by kilning at elevated temperatures. This technique leads to numerous Maillard reactions throughout the malt production, imparting a robust malt fragrance. It also contributes a distinct red hue to the beer.<\/p>\n

Additionally, this amber malt is effective in enhancing the beer’s foam stability.<\/p>\n
