Notre malt MD d’orge torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 pel\u00e9 subit un processus de torr\u00e9faction \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature dans notre tambour de torr\u00e9faction. Une fois qu’il a atteint la couleur souhait\u00e9e, il est rapidement refroidi. Ce malt sp\u00e9cifique apporte un go\u00fbt fum\u00e9\/grill\u00e9 et une teinte fonc\u00e9e aux bi\u00e8res brunes.<\/p>\n

L’utilisation d’orge pel\u00e9e comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re permet d’\u00e9liminer les saveurs astringentes souvent associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la balle torr\u00e9fi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
