Notre malt Chocolate Rye 300 MD est obtenu par torr\u00e9faction de notre malt de seigle MD dans notre tambour de torr\u00e9faction \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Ce processus rehausse le malt avec les saveurs malt\u00e9es et \u00e9pic\u00e9es que l’on retrouve dans le Rye Malt MD standard, enrichies de notes de chocolat, d’amandes de cacao et de grains de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Parfait pour toute bi\u00e8re de seigle, le malt Chocolate Rye 300 MD apporte une dimension suppl\u00e9mentaire de complexit\u00e9 au brassin.<\/p>\n
