IMOBoom is an innovative transglucosidase enzyme developed by Murphy & Son to control fermentability during the mash stage.
It is designed for low-alcohol and session beers, or for use alongside dealcoholisation processes to achieve non-alcoholic beer with improved body and aroma retention.
