Angel Yeast W008 is a wheat ale yeast selected for the production of wheat beers with a balanced aromatic profile. According to Angel documentation, W008 is designed to deliver mild fruity esters, moderate attenuation and good fermentation stability, allowing brewers to produce clean, refreshing wheat beers with good drinkability.

Supplied as a 500g dry yeast pack from our Swiss warehouse, W008 is available with fast delivery across Switzerland for professional brewing operations.
