With moderate-to-high alpha acids (typically 9–13%), it can bitter cleanly while offering an expressive aroma of blackcurrant, grapefruit, pineapple and a subtle floral note. Versatile and contemporary, Ariana suits both clean bittering and bold late additions in modern ales and fruity lagers.
