With moderate-to-high alpha acids (typically 14–18%), it delivers vivid fruit-forward flavours of sweet mandarin, zesty citrus peel and fresh pine needles. Best used late, Eclipse brings a bright, distinctive Southern Hemisphere character to modern IPAs and pale ales.
