Angel Yeast NA05 is a non-Saccharomyces yeast selected for the production of low- and non-alcoholic beers. This strain is maltose- and maltotriose-negative, fermenting only simple sugars such as glucose, fructose and sucrose. This metabolic profile limits alcohol formation while preserving beer-like flavour, mouthfeel and freshness.
NA05 enables brewers to produce beers with less than 0.5 % ABV while maintaining a subtle fruity aroma and a smooth, sweet finish, without the need for dealcoholisation processes.
Supplied as a 500g dry yeast pack from our Swiss warehouse, NA05 is available with fast delivery across Switzerland for professional brewing operations.
