A modern German aroma hop from the Hüll breeding program, Diamant is a refined noble-style variety. With low-to-moderate alpha acids (typically 3–6%), it offers a clean, elegant character of floral, herbal and subtly fruity notes in the noble tradition. Best used late, Diamant lends polished, classic aromatics to German lagers, pilsners and wheat beers.
