Released in 2018 by the Hop Breeding Company, Sabro is a modern American aroma hop with a truly unique character. With alpha acids typically between 12 and 17%, it delivers an unmistakable blend of tangerine, coconut, tropical and stone fruit underscored by hints of cedar, mint and cream. Intensely expressive and distinctive, Sabro is used late and sparingly to bring an exotic, fruit-and-coconut signature to modern beers.
