A French aroma hop released in 2011, Triskel descends from Strisselspalt and shares its elegant Alsatian character. With low-to-moderate alpha acids (typically 4–8%), it offers a delicate profile of floral, citrus (bergamot, grapefruit) and lightly fruity notes. Best used late, Triskel lends a refined, fragrant lift to lagers, pilsners and pale ales.
