Prices
Prices on the Good Beer Solutions website are listed in Swiss Francs and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). These prices are indicative and subject to change without notice. Only the official invoice issued by our company is valid.

Warranty
Products are covered by a one-year warranty, which is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. In case of a defect, Good Beer Solutions commits to facilitating communication between the client and the supplier, but cannot be held responsible for inherent product defects. The warranty becomes effective on the delivery date, evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which customers are advised to keep safely. Excluded from the warranty are: damages due to improper maintenance, misuse, non-compliance with storage standards, or normal wear and tear.

Availability
Our delivery commitment is null and void in cases where our suppliers fail to meet delivery deadlines, provided that this unavailability is not attributable to Good Beer Solutions. We will inform you as soon as possible in case a product is unavailable.

Payment Terms
Payments are made by invoice. An order is not considered valid until full payment is received. Specific payment terms may be granted based on a written agreement.

Delivery and Transport
Available items are shipped via a designated courier service. Delivery charges are specified on the invoice and are final. Good Beer Solutions strives to ensure efficient delivery but is not responsible for delivery delays. Please note that Good Beer Solutions does not deliver to PO boxes and only supplies goods to private customers based on a specific written agreement.

Returns or Exchanges
Sold items are neither returnable nor exchangeable, except in cases of proven defect.

Legal Guarantees
Immediately inspect the delivered goods to rule out any material or manufacturing defects, as well as transport-related damages. In accordance with the law, any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods must be reported to us without delay for appropriate action. Claims must be submitted via email, including the batch number, order number, and any relevant information to substantiate the defect. Defects not reported immediately will not be eligible for claims. We reserve the right to replace or refund defective items.

Data Protection
All personal data will be treated as confidential. Information necessary for order processing will be subject to computer processing and may be shared with associated companies as part of order management.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Lausanne district have jurisdiction.
