Azacca bursts with juicy mango, papaya and citrus — a vivid tropical hop for modern ales.
Bred by the American Dwarf Hop Association and released in 2013, Azacca is a modern American dual-purpose hop named after the Haitian god of agriculture. With high alpha acids (typically 14–16%), it can bitter cleanly, but brewers prize it for late and dry-hop additions, where it bursts with juicy mango, papaya, pineapple and bright citrus over a subtle spicy-pine backbone. Vivid and tropical, Azacca is a natural fit for fruit-forward modern ales.
