Biscuit® 50 MD ranks as the lightest among our selection of roasted malts, created in a roasting drum. This malt acquires its unique flavors and aromas, reminiscent of freshly baked bread and cookies, along with its characteristic brown color, through immediate roasting upon production.
This particular roasted malt can be utilized in quantities of up to 30% of the grain bill.
This particular caramelized malt is suitable for comprising up to 15% of the grain bill in brewing.
