LalBrew Voss™ is renowned for its versatility, thriving across a broad fermentation temperature spectrum of 25 – 40°C (77 – 104°F), with an ideal range of 35 – 40°C (95 – 104°F) where it performs exceptionally well. This strain is notable for its rapid fermentation capabilities, often reaching full attenuation within a mere 2-3 days when kept within its optimal temperature range.
