Return Policy – GoodBeer Solutions

Our sales are exclusively addressed to professional breweries.
Due to the nature of our products (yeast, malt, technical products, hygiene), we do not accept standard returns.

Accepted returns:
– only in case of defective product or wrong delivery
– request must be made within 7 days after receipt
– products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging

– after validation, exchange or refund will be arranged
– return shipping costs are covered by GoodBeer Solutions if the defect is confirmed
